This website is operated by Crunchy Sisters ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our products

Our products are foods and beverages made in small batches. Product descriptions reflect our ingredients and our experience with them. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, check with your healthcare provider before use.

Several products contain honey and are not for infants under 2 years of age. Always read the full ingredient list for allergens before purchasing. Our sea moss for pets is intended for animals only.

Natural, small-batch products can vary slightly in color, texture, and flavor from batch to batch. Product photos are for illustration.

Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or description errors, even after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Orders and payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card number.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically every month at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax, until you cancel. Your subscription renews on the same day each month, and we'll ship each renewal order after it is charged.

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, through your customer account or by emailing wellness@crunchysisters.com. To avoid being charged for the next order, cancel before your next renewal date. If the subscription price changes, we will notify you by email before the new price takes effect. Renewal orders are covered by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photos, labels, logos, and designs, belongs to Crunchy Sisters or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites. We aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crunchy Sisters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
