Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders ship within 2 to 4 business days. Because our kombucha, sea moss, and elderberry elixir are fresh, perishable products, we ship them Monday through Wednesday so they never sit in a warehouse over the weekend.

Standard shipping: $8.95 on orders under $95
Free standard shipping on orders of $95 or more
Subscriptions always ship free

Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the carrier and the weather.

When your order arrives

Please refrigerate kombucha, sea moss, and elderberry elixir as soon as they arrive. Kombucha is raw and naturally carbonated, so don't shake it; swirl gently before opening.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives warm and leaking, email wellness@crunchysisters.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, and reshipping costs may apply.
