Cancellation policy

Subscription cancellation

Our subscriptions renew automatically every month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no fees or penalties.

How to cancel

Log in to your customer account, open your subscription, and select Cancel, or
Email wellness@crunchysisters.com with your name and order number, and we'll cancel it for you.

Timing

Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next order. Cancellations take effect immediately, and no further orders will be billed or shipped.

Orders already charged

If a renewal order has been charged but hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Renewal orders that have already shipped can't be refunded, but damaged or incorrect items are covered by our Refund Policy.
